Requirements

  • Proven track record in developing, retaining, and owning strategic partner relationships.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements.
  • Experience in developing partner training and enablement programs and certifications.
  • Skilled in developing detailed operational plans, including engagement models, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Adept at selling technically complex products to technical buyers.
  • Productive in highly ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Inspired by Meter’s vision and excited by the challenges of building a modern utility for internet infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Scale the sales of Meter’s infrastructure through the Microsoft ecosystem in North America and Europe.
  • Create a Microsoft business plan to enable effective scaling alongside Azure sales teams.
  • Develop an enablement strategy to build awareness, align strategy, and complement Microsoft's "Better Together" approach.
  • Represent Meter at events and on stage to audiences of customers, partners, and Microsoft employees.
  • Educate the Meter sales team on working with appropriate channels, tools, and processes to enable customer sales.
  • Build, own, and scale the enablement program.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $144,000 - $156,000 (estimated range, actual offer depends on factors like skills, qualifications, and experience).
