Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with 2-3 years specifically at AWS or GCP in partner development/sales, or managing cloud partnerships for a Series B+ startup. A proven track record of exceeding business development objectives and generating new business through partnerships is essential. Deep understanding of complex sales processes, consensus building, and multi-level relationship development are required, along with a strong work ethic and adaptability in a startup environment. Domain expertise in Agentic Coding, DevSecOps, Developer Tooling, Platform Engineering, or AI/ML ops ecosystems is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Cloud Partner Sales Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive business plan and go-to-market strategy to drive revenue for both cloud partners and Coder. This role involves cultivating and managing relationships across key partner functional areas, including leadership, sales, marketing, and product/engineering. Responsibilities include leading and facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), joint marketing engagements, and sales trainings to enhance partner engagement. The manager will also maintain deal registrations and records in partner marketplaces and portals, acting as the primary liaison for partner sales and pre-sales teams to secure new joint customers and expand existing opportunities.
