A consultative approach to guiding customers on ServiceNow platform technical foundations, instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and overall platform health is essential. The role requires interfacing with customer executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams.
Architects will provide technical advisory services to customers, ensuring they establish a solid technical foundation in the ServiceNow platform and design solutions to drive business outcomes through adoption. They will ensure customers leverage leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the overall technical health of the platform. The role involves guiding ServiceNow, partner, and customer employees to deliver solutions based on a technical architecture designed for long-term success. They will also interface with customer stakeholders across various levels to structure and implement solutions, provide architectural guidance, technical governance, and best practices on assigned contracts, and build strong relationships with customer technical and business leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with business strategy. Additionally, architects will collaborate with GTM, Delivery, and other joint teams, contribute to leading practices, standards, and thought leadership for the ServiceNow platform, and provide input to the ServiceNow product strategy team to influence the product roadmap.
