  • PU Rigids system knowledge (preferred)
  • Appliance application knowledge (preferred)
  • More than 10 years PU market working experience
  • At least 5 years commercial experience in rigids fields
  • Experience leading or executing project management and development (preferred)
  • Across function communication and coordination skills
  • Strong ability to establish relationships with key accounts
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong presentation preparation and presenting skills
  • Leadership skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver business development targets and growth for system sales
  • Provide support to enhance existing projects and manage Key Accounts
  • Explore new applications and projects based on rigids system downstream applications (EWH, Freezer, Container, etc.)
  • Conduct market assessments and deep dive reports
  • Identify commercial and technical opportunities for new products/customers
  • Develop routes-to-market and penetrate new downstream markets
  • Take responsibility for Electric Water Heat sales delivery
  • Enhance market share and profitability in China appliance industry
  • Generate sales planning for the next 3 years
  • Foster good relationships with Key Accounts through business support and technical support
