Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will lead and manage the Account Executive team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members achieve their goals. They will develop and implement strategies to improve customer acquisition, prospecting, and appointment-setting processes, conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the AE team, and track and analyze key performance metrics to provide reports and implement corrective actions. The Sales Manager will collaborate with the SDR team, foster a positive work environment, participate in recruitment efforts, and work closely with the Head of Sales to drive team success.
