Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of related experience in Sales Finance and the Employer Services industry. This experience should include designing and managing sales compensation plans, with broad knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, management reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. Familiarity with Tableau and global billing systems, as well as working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, are also required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical communication skills, commercial knowledge, a collaborative spirit, and proven experience managing projects end-to-end to achieve results while organizing and prioritizing deadlines.
The Sales Finance Manager will oversee the design, validation, and implementation of new compensation plans for the Employer Services Sales organization and autonomously set up and lead the day-to-day Employer Services Finance support model. This role involves partnering with global and regional teams to secure accurate data feeds from global billing systems for tracking sales performance against targets, and delivering consolidated financial analysis and reporting solutions to improve insight speed and sales performance. Responsibilities include process engineering for new products, teams, acquisitions, and investments, leading the development cycle for process improvement through streamlining and automation, and applying financial discipline. The manager will act as a front-facing finance partner to the sales team, supporting and training them to improve performance, and leading the annual goal-setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership. Additionally, the role involves managing the governance approval process for large commercial deals and acting as a business leader experienced in delivering transformation and change within a Finance Sales Partnership environment.
