Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, such as Rocketlane and Jira, are also required, as is familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and PlanHat. A Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is considered a plus.
