Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience creating and/or managing sales or incentive compensation plans or equivalent sales analysis experience. Expertise in spreadsheets, logic, and data manipulation is required, along with a strong understanding of data structures between systems. Strong communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing requirements are essential. Consulting, startup, SaaS, Salesforce, and CaptivateIQ or similar commissions software experience are considered a plus.
The Revenue Compensation Analyst will calculate compensation payouts, design and implement compensation plans, and test them for accuracy. They will perform detailed analyses, generate insights on compensation trends, and collaborate with stakeholders from Finance, HR, and Revenue to drive compensation plans and sales efficiency improvements. Responsibilities include managing and administering commission plans, improving and automating commission processing, conducting ad-hoc analysis of revenue team performance, maintaining quotas and measuring attainment, managing ramp cycles for new hires, and collaborating with HR on performance management and quota impacts.
