Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in Sales Finance and the Employer Services industry, with a strong background in designing and managing sales compensation plans. A broad knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting, pricing, management reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning is required. The role also demands experience in managing projects end-to-end, delivering results, and organizing priorities. A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline, familiarity with Tableau and global billing systems, and working knowledge of GAAP and IFRS are essential qualifications. Strong communication skills for presenting analytical findings to diverse audiences, a collaborative and commercial mindset, and a team-player attitude are also necessary.
The Sales Finance Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of sales compensation processes, from design to execution, and will partner with the Employer Services Sales team. Key duties include overseeing the design, validation, and implementation of new compensation plans, and autonomously setting up and leading the day-to-day Employer Services Finance support model. This role involves partnering with global and regional teams to secure accurate data feeds from global billing systems for tracking sales performance against targets. Responsibilities also include delivering impactful consolidated financial analysis and report solutions, improving the speed of insight, and increasing sales performance through process engineering for new products, teams, acquisitions, and investments. The manager will lead the development cycle for improving current processes through streamlining and automation, applying financial discipline, and collaborating with partners to achieve business strategy. They will support and train sales teams as their front-facing finance partner, lead the annual goal-setting process in partnership with sales and finance leadership, and manage the governance approval process for large commercial deals.
