Requirements

Candidates must have 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, demonstrating financial acumen with experience in new product introduction (NPI) and deal profitability analysis. A proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Engineering, Product, Go To Market, and Strategy, is essential. Skills in evaluating financial performance, providing insights on new product investments, collaborating on deal economics including gross margin and contribution margin calculations, and implementing cost optimization initiatives in infrastructure, engineering, or AI domains are required.

Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will integrate NPI checkpoints with financial goals and strategic plans by working closely with cross-functional teams. They will prepare investment proposals for potential NPI projects, detail initial costs, estimated revenues, expenses, and potential risks, and build COGS models for NPI in partnership with Product and DevOps. Responsibilities also include analyzing financial performance, delivering insights to leadership on the financial viability and potential returns of new product investments, collaborating with Deal Desk in evaluating deal economics, and partnering with Infrastructure, Engineering, and AI teams on cost optimization initiatives.
