Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Partner or in a similar financial role within a non-profit or healthcare organization. Strong analytical skills and financial modeling expertise are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights. Familiarity with nonprofit accounting standards, including fund accounting, and experience with grant reporting requirements is also required.

Responsibilities

The Finance Business Partner will analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide strategic insights for decision-making, lead the annual budget planning process and rolling forecasts, develop and present regular financial reports and KPIs, and support new initiatives and strategic partnerships through financial modeling. They will also align financial strategy with the organization's mission and grant funding requirements, evaluate financial feasibility of initiatives, collaborate with fundraising teams, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, facilitating data-informed decision-making across various teams.
