We’re seeking exceptional Sales Executives with 5+ years of enterprise sales experience to drive commercial growth and secure new relationships with leading US insurers.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead commercial growth and secure new relationships with leading US insurers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of Kalepa’s AI Copilot platform.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure customer success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions is a plus.
