Candidates should possess previous experience in SaaS, Cyber-sec or IAM/IGA sales, and a proven track record of successfully navigating multinational accounts at C-level. They should be comfortable with a lengthy sales cycle, a high volume of POCs, BVA’s, and RFPs, and adept at utilizing the Challenger sales methodology.
The Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for selling SailPoint’s IGA Solution Suite to $2-$5B organizations, leveraging both direct sales and channel partners like GSI’s such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG. They will engage with approximately 30 target customers, develop business value propositions, negotiate high-value contracts, and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and key buyers within those accounts and partners. Additionally, they will gain a thorough understanding of prospective clients’ businesses and IT initiatives, and establish an internal network and maintain weekly 1:1 meetings with their manager and TAM.
