  • Description: Amper is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (AE) to create and close executable pipeline exclusively with enterprise-level prospects and customers. The AE will drive new logo acquisition, expand existing enterprise accounts, and significantly contribute to Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth. This role demands a deep understanding of manufacturing challenges and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7-10 years of B2B sales experience, with a focus on enterprise-level customers.
  • Industry: SaaS or technology sector experience preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of business drivers.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
    • Understanding of the manufacturing industry is beneficial.
    • Grit, intelligence, and coachability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for pipeline generation through inbound enterprise leads and outbound activities.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Engage with enterprise-level customers to drive expansion opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate forecasting, robust pipeline management, and timely updates in HubSpot.
  • Collaborate effectively with BDRs, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Product, and other departments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and negotiate contract terms to drive deals to closure.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot and other AI-driven solutions for effective pipeline management.
