Candidates must have prior experience in software pre-sales within the enterprise market, preferably in startup or high-growth environments. Experience working directly with enterprises and through channel partners is essential, along with established contacts in the security technical community and a proven track record as a sales engineer. The role requires a results-oriented, self-directed, and strategic approach.
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical pre-sales activities in Italy, including solution overviews, demos, workshops, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for prospects, customers, and partners. They will also assist in planning and delivering demand generation activities such as webinars and training sessions, and participate in industry conferences and events. The role involves building security knowledge to become a thought leader in mobile endpoint security, collaborating with Support and Customer Success teams to ensure successful customer deployments and satisfaction, and responding to customer requests for information.
