Requirements

  • Proven experience as a passionate leader with a deep understanding of the CMS space, both from an Experience Management and Digital Asset Management perspective
  • Ability to articulate industry trends and competitor threats, working closely with PM and PMM teams
  • Strong ability to cultivate positive relationships within the ecosystem to achieve organizational agreement on new features and clarity on team support
  • Ability to stay aligned with deal lines and maintain regular communication with customers in the field
  • Ensure direct reports have meaningful work and contribute to scalable knowledge transfer within the organization
  • Suggest and own scalable process management, including the creation of beneficial material for the organization
  • Exhibit timely communication and act with urgency, while maintaining the ability to prioritize work and deliverables appropriately

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor pre-sales technical staff, providing support for complex product and application solutions
  • Coordinate and provide pre-sales technical support during sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with marketing and product managers to define new products and their market strategies
  • Conduct product feasibility analysis in support of sales efforts alongside sales representatives
  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function
