Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or product engineering. Required skills include proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Google Apps Script, along with experience using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestration frameworks like LangChain or RAG pipelines. Comfort working with APIs from platforms such as Google, Salesforce, and Slack is essential. A product mindset, strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and a passion for creating tools that enhance work are also necessary. Experience in learning tech, HR tech, or employee experience tooling, familiarity with UX design principles, and previous startup experience are considered advantageous.
The AI Enablement Engineer will build, launch, and iterate on AI-powered internal tools designed for employee enablement, such as adaptive 1:1 prompts and automated culture dashboards. This role involves integrating AI into core tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce via APIs and Google Apps Script. The engineer will collaborate with the Culture & Belonging team to identify and address workflow friction points for managers and employees, pilot new products, gather user feedback, and iterate for adoption. Ensuring tools are ethical, opt-in, and transparent in their AI usage is a key responsibility. The engineer will also document builds, create reusable frameworks for scalability, and co-lead Culture & Belonging team programs annually, applying both engineering and teamwork skills.
