Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Overview

Saviynt is seeking ambitious and self-motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be instrumental in identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. This role requires a candidate who excels under pressure, thinks creatively, possesses a strong understanding of sales prospecting tools, and can effectively assess and cater to the unique needs of each prospect. You will play a key role in reinventing the Identity Governance, Application GRC, and Cloud Privileged Access Management space.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Assess company needs and tailor outreach strategies to specific accounts and prospects.
  • Make outstanding first impressions with prospective customers via phone, email, video, or in person.
  • Contribute to Saviynt’s incredible growth by bringing in new business.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of successful experience, preferably in technology sales development.
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written) with excellent listening skills and a positive, energetic presence.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting into Large Enterprise customers.
  • Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM applications.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely effectively and efficiently.
  • Resilience and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
  • Willingness to review, understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures (e.g., Data Classification, Incident Response, Access Control, Privacy Policy).
