Requirements

Candidates must be based anywhere in LATAM and be fluent in both English and Spanish. A minimum of 3 months of outbound SDR experience or similar, including cold calling at least 20 times per day or 100 per week, is required. An entrepreneurial spirit, strong growth mindset, and excellent written communication skills for email copy and sequence campaigns are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sales Development Representative will drive company growth through outbound prospecting in the LATAM market, generating sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business. Responsibilities include educating and developing leads via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns, identifying and understanding lead generation processes, and supporting marketing activities. The role also involves mapping and penetrating accounts through email sequences and cold calls, conducting follow-up interactions until meetings are set, and maintaining accurate CRM records. Additionally, the SDR will attend local events to generate sales opportunities and represent the company.
