Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is required. Proven ability to build and manage relationships with affiliate partners and publishers, proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau and affiliate tracking platforms, and strong analytical skills are also necessary. Excellent organizational and project management skills are essential.
The Bilingual Affiliate Marketing Manager will develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners across the LATAM region, focusing on Spanish-speaking markets. They will drive partner acquisition, optimize campaign performance, and ensure brand consistency. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day needs and growth of the affiliate program, evaluating and executing revenue-driving opportunities, collecting and distributing assets to publishers, and auditing current campaigns. The role involves managing weekly and monthly calls with vendors, creating and localizing affiliate marketing content for Spanish-speaking audiences, developing weekly performance reports, booking upcoming placements, identifying new partnership opportunities, and managing operational aspects of the affiliate program including billing, reporting, publisher screening, offer creation, and creative asset management.
