Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) to engage with prospects across LATAM
  • Market knowledge of LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Chile) through living in, visiting, or strong affinity for cultures and business practices
  • Strong communication skills: actively listen, show empathy, and approach challenges with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage a high volume of accounts and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Engage with inbound prospects from Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and other LATAM countries via chat and phone calls to qualify them for the next steps in the sales cycle
  • Gather valuable prospect information to pass along to Account Executives in the LATAM market, assisting in closing deals and expanding Aircall's customer base
  • Collaborate closely with the IBERIA/LATAM sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and consistent messaging across markets
  • Develop consultative sales skills by learning from experienced AEs and gaining exposure to the entire sales cycle
  • Contribute to growing Aircall's presence in the LATAM market by driving lead generation and supporting regional sales goals
