Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role, possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, a self-motivated and results-driven attitude, and the ability to work autonomously are essential. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role and experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools are a plus.
The Sales Development Representative will drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating sales leads that convert into opportunities and closed business. Responsibilities include learning from the sales team to build out the Sales Playbook and Tech Stack, educating and developing leads via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns, and identifying lead generation processes to support marketing activities and prospect touch-points. The role also involves mapping and penetrating accounts through email sequences and cold calls, and conducting follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
