Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build rapport and effectively articulate value propositions.
The Sales Development Representative will initiate contact with potential customers through various channels, including phone, text, and email, to qualify leads and determine their interest in Jobber’s software. They will collaborate with Account Executives to provide a positive customer experience and facilitate the progression of leads through the sales cycle, while consistently generating excitement and building value for the next step of engagement.
