  • Minimum 1yr Outbound Sales experience, preferably doing B2B sales
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in doing leads management - generation, conversion, pipelining
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Effective networking and relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to work on night shift or dayshift (majority of the team is on night shift but some may be assigned to day shift as business need arises)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, assess and process Sales leads to convert for potential new customers
  • Sell and manage complete range of RingCentral products and services to new customers
  • Manage leads, prospects and initial customer pipeline
  • Develop and contribute revenue through leads conversion
