Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a prospecting role and a University degree from an accredited institution. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German at a native level are required, along with strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills. Understanding of workflow systems and their application to customer business process improvement is necessary. Strong PC skills are required, and knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus. Candidates should also be able to manage time effectively, work independently, and be self-motivated, with a prior track record of achievement in accountable positions. A passion for pursuing a career in technology and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are essential.
The Sales Development Representative will generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting and manage lead activity to qualify and market our solutions to potential customers. They will work directly with marketing to identify opportunities from leads and set appointments. The role includes using strong selling and influencing skills to establish qualified appointments, understanding the Snowflake Database to provide high-level introductions, and leveraging taught sales techniques to enhance customer interactions. Additionally, they will log, track, and maintain outbound activity, collaborate closely with Sales Directors, attend customer meetings as required, and participate in sales meetings, vendor training, and local trade shows to stay current with technology.
