As an SDR Team Leader, you will oversee a team of SDRs, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. You will partner with the SDR team to refine outreach strategies, share best practices, and drive consistent performance to achieve ambitious growth goals. Additionally, you will conduct research on health plan partners, develop outreach strategies, and leverage various tactics to expand Virta’s presence, while also contributing as an individual contributor to drive strategic partnerships and sales growth.
