Responsibilities

  • Help manage prospecting efforts, including managing marketing leads, new business campaigns, customer upgrade campaigns etc
  • Manage sales tasks within CRM system
  • Monitor and keep track of renewal book, setting strategy on how to approach individual renewals
  • Analyze and ensure price increases on renewals are captured
  • Help sales team with booking meetings, preparing materials, presenting at meetings
  • Revise and manage renewal list and price increases
  • Analyze territories and existing accounts to identify cross-sell opportunities
  • Work with legal and sales management to accurately deliver proposals and contracts
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
