Responsibilities

The Sales and Revenue Operations Manager will drive core sales operations processes to enhance team productivity and revenue performance. They will optimize the use of HubSpot and other sales tools to ensure high adoption, data quality, and pipeline accuracy. Responsibilities include improving sales reporting and analytics using AWS QuickSight, CRM data, and internal data sources to deliver actionable insights. The role involves supervising and mentoring a team of analysts, providing direction, feedback, and growth opportunities. They will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product to ensure alignment on metrics, territory planning, and operational goals, and identify inefficiencies in the sales funnel to recommend enhancements.
