Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist

The Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist will generate, qualify, and nurture leads using company procedures and tools to maintain a pipeline of opportunities in synthetic biology and next-generation sequencing. They will help generate and qualify leads in specific customer segments, nurture and convert leads into customers by demonstrating product value, and establish strong relationships with customers and dealers. The role involves providing technical assistance, educating customers on technology and eCommerce tools, and acting as a contact point for dealers and customers seeking technical information. Additionally, they will collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, leverage multiple channels for lead generation, create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, analyze marketing initiatives, monitor database quality, represent the company at industry events, provide customer insights for marketing materials, and work cross-functionally to align offerings with customer requirements. Flexibility in working hours is also required.
