The Customer Engagement Agent will make 100 warm outbound calls daily to existing users and manage 2 hours of live chat support each day. Responsibilities include diligently following a structured calling and engagement process, identifying user needs, recommending suitable product solutions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM. The agent will also be responsible for achieving a minimum of 3 closed sales per week, collaborating with sales and support teams, and providing feedback on user trends to improve processes.
