Our mission is to fix the outdated clinical trial infrastructure that has caused the cost of developing new medicines to skyrocket. We use software to help innovative companies run faster, more reliable, and patient-friendly clinical trials. Since our founding in March 2021, we’ve helped run over 100 clinical trials involving tens of thousands of patients, with a customer NPS of 100. We recently raised a $55m Series B round from Balderton Capital, with support from Creandum, Firstminute, Seedcamp, and Visionaries.
We are seeking distinguished specialist clinicians to join our Subject Matter Expert panel to drive both clinical excellence and strategic growth. This dual role is critical because exceptional Investigators / Medical Monitors don't just execute trials—they shape our competitive advantage and define our market position through clinical credibility. You will work directly with our VP of Medical and in-house team to lead and support cutting-edge Lindus trials while providing strategic commercial advisory expertise. You will also participate in critical bid defense processes where your clinical expertise becomes a decisive competitive factor.

Accelerates clinical trials for life sciences
Lindus Health focuses on speeding up clinical trials to help patients access new treatments more quickly. The company operates differently from traditional contract research organizations (CROs) by using a fixed-price model for studies and milestone-based payments, which aligns their incentives with those of their clients. Lindus Health combines a skilled clinical operations team with a specialized software platform and access to a vast database of 30 million Electronic Health Records. They handle all aspects of clinical studies, including designing the study, recruiting patients, capturing clinical data, monitoring progress, and managing projects. With their approach, Lindus Health has successfully assisted over 90 sponsors in conducting clinical trials across the US, UK, and Europe, completing them up to three times faster than conventional CROs and often delivering results ahead of schedule.
