Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a technical environment. Demonstrated effective selling skills, client relationship management at an executive level, and experience with both channel partners and direct end users are required. A current, valid driver's license, strong IT skills including CRM proficiency, analytical skills, and fluency in both German and English are essential. A growth and open mindset, along with strong collaborative working skills, are also necessary.
The Sales Account Manager will professionally represent the company at channel partners and end users within a defined territory, managing it to drive sustainable growth. This includes working closely with channel partners to develop and implement business plans and activities to increase product awareness and adoption. The role involves providing support, training, and application knowledge to channel partners, managing complexities of varying routes to market, and collaborating positively with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the Sales Account Manager will provide key market insights to business, marketing, portfolio, and planning teams.
