The Sales Acceleration Director will drive the execution of key initiatives within the sales organization, supporting the AVP in developing strategies and overseeing field teams. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to the AVP, translating high-level strategies into actionable plans, and monitoring progress. Responsibilities include fostering cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Solutions, Product, and Customer Success teams, leading projects, and providing operational support for resource allocation and performance metrics. The Director will also partner with leadership to ensure alignment with strategic goals and contribute to product innovation by identifying automation opportunities.
