Strategic Sales Manager

Our AI agents provide a human-like customer support experience that enables enterprises to better serve their customers and efficiently manage their customer experience organizations. This role seeks a Strategic Sales Manager to oversee and drive the performance of our sales team, contributing to the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, set performance goals, and implement strategies to foster a high-performance culture. You will be instrumental in scaling our sales operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the team’s success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing and leading sales teams, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Trained in MEDDPICC sales methodology or a similar value selling framework.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of motivating and inspiring a sales team while holding them accountable to high standards.
  • Experience in setting sales targets, tracking KPIs, and analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets, both personally and as a manager.
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales strategies that lead to consistent growth and customer acquisition.

Even better if you:

  • Experience in sales forecasting, territory planning, and developing effective sales playbooks.
  • Expertise in sales enablement tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to drive team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of 7 figure deal sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and can coach your team through each stage.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing startup or tech environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential for success.
