Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the public sector, specifically targeting state government accounts. Strong sales acumen and demonstrated success in driving revenue growth are essential, along with the ability to manage and motivate a team of enterprise account executives.
The National Sales Director will be responsible for meeting sales financial objectives through forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; achieving sales human resource objectives by managing and developing a team of enterprise account executives; establishing sales objectives by creating sales plans and quotas; and maintaining and expanding the customer base through account planning, relationship building, and identifying new opportunities. They will also recommend product improvements, track consumer trends, and ensure operational efficiency within the sales team.
