Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or an additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree. An active Life, Accident & Health Insurance license is required, or must be obtained within six months of employment, and must be maintained with continuing education.
The Senior Sales Account Executive will build and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and grow new business. This role involves achieving account objectives, partnering with producers/brokers, representing company products, leading account planning, and serving as the primary contact for agents post-sale. Responsibilities include setting up and implementing new accounts, meeting deadlines, producing quality work, and providing team support. Key duties involve managing broker/client relationships, leading new business and renewal meetings, ensuring contract consistency, analyzing data, developing relationships, executing cross-sell strategies, providing open enrollment support, assisting with implementation plans, and managing contracting paperwork. Sales support includes advising clients on benefit plans, maintaining proactive outreach, supporting the sales team on utilization reviews and monthly goals, promoting products, and following up with new brokers. The role also involves assisting with special projects, contributing to consulting standards, developing marketing materials, escalating and resolving issues, ensuring internal compliance, and performing other assigned duties.
