The Revenue Operations Coordinator will support deal desk operations by reviewing opportunities, ensuring contracts align with standard terms, and managing approvals for custom terms or payment methods. They will maintain Salesforce and sales system hygiene by ensuring accounts are accurately labeled, documents are uploaded, and opportunities are closed in a timely manner. This role involves partnering with Finance to support billing and collections processes, managing renewal workflows, and driving collaboration with cross-functional teams to respond to customer information security requests. Additionally, the coordinator will assist with vendor forms, compliance documentation, and information security questionnaires.
