Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, data science, business, or social sciences, along with proven experience in implementing and optimizing revenue operations processes within a scale-up environment. Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS/B2B sales models, including Deal Desk, Order Management, Finance/Sales Operations, and Pricing, is highly desirable, and proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce (SFDC) is required.

Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations employee will coordinate complex deal approvals, acting as a trusted advisor from opportunity creation to post-sales, review opportunities for accuracy and compliance, develop and present key revenue metrics, dashboards, and forecasting insights to leadership, provide inputs for quarterly sales forecasting, drive initiatives to improve revenue data integrity and Go-to-Market productivity, partner with sales, finance, product, and delivery teams to optimize processes and facilitate system improvements, respond to Revenue Operations inquiries, manage Salesforce opportunity queues, support sales operations requirements, maintain and enforce departmental review and approval SLAs, and ensure accurate booking metrics and Salesforce data integrity.
