The Revenue Operations Analyst will own HubSpot CRM operations, maintain data quality standards, and optimize system performance. They will design, build, and maintain workflows to automate customer journey touch points and improve conversion rates. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing lifecycle marketing sequences and lead nurturing campaigns, managing lead routing logic, and implementing automated processes to reduce friction. The role involves partnering with Success, Activation, and Support teams to translate strategic playbooks into executable CRM processes, building standard operating procedures, and designing scalable systems. They will also document processes, train teams on new workflows, and continuously optimize customer journey touchpoints based on performance data. Additionally, the analyst will map and optimize the complete customer lifecycle, build automated sequences for activation and time-to-value, and collaborate with product and customer success teams to resolve journey friction points.
