Candidates should possess over 6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS environments. A deep understanding of GTM funnels and SaaS sales motions is essential, along with strong technical proficiency in HubSpot (hands-on experience is mandatory) and Salesforce. Bonus points are awarded for experience with Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. An analytical mindset with a bias for action, excellent communication skills for influencing and clarifying complexity, and a collaborative, process-driven approach are also required. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to build from the ground up in a fast-paced setting.
The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for building and scaling the RevOps function, defining processes across Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support. Key duties include owning reporting and dashboarding for marketing performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline health; analyzing trends to guide decision-making; and improving forecasting accuracy. This role involves collaborating with Marketing and Sales on campaign design, scoring models, and outbound strategies, as well as supporting territory design and strategic planning. Responsibilities also include uncovering and leading process improvements in lead routing, attribution, and sales workflows, ensuring data integrity across systems, and managing/optimizing GTM systems like HubSpot, Chargebee, Gong, and Salesloft. Additionally, the manager will drive performance reviews, document RevOps playbooks, train teams on processes and tooling, and act as a liaison across functions.
