PerformYard, a fast-growing, category-leading SaaS company, is seeking a strategic and analytical Revenue Operations leader. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by optimizing processes, systems, and data across sales, marketing, and customer success. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a strong analytical mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a deep understanding of the entire revenue funnel. This is a 100% remote position.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Go-To-Market (GTM) leaders to design and execute strategies that improve sales efficiency and drive revenue growth.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure to provide visibility across the prospect and customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Aid in the implementation of data-driven strategies to increase revenue.
  • Clean and maintain the CRM database.
  • Conduct sales forecasts and pipeline reports through data analysis.
  • Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue operations initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including reporting, dashboard creation, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel/Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Microsoft BI).
  • Familiarity with tools in the GTM stack (e.g., Gong, Qualified).
  • Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Experience with SaaS or subscription-based business models is a plus.
