Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Enterprise SaaS RevOps with over 3 years of experience. They should be a builder with a strong bias for action and measurable impact, a strategic problem-solver, and empathetic toward sales reps. Responsibilities

The Revenue Operations Analyst will build and maintain dashboards tracking key revenue metrics, conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and opportunities, and generate reports for leadership. They will optimize the customer journey through automations and workflows, support territory planning and quota setting, and analyze performance by segment. Responsibilities also include maintaining data hygiene in HubSpot, configuring CRM workflows, and serving as a go-to expert for sales and CS tech troubleshooting. The role involves partnering with marketing on lead quality and campaign ROI, working with customer success on retention metrics, and collaborating with finance on revenue recognition and forecasting. Additionally, the analyst will lead special projects to drive operational improvements, develop best practices and playbooks, and create self-service reporting tools to empower teams with real-time insights.
