Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in Support Operations, Revenue Operations, or Salesforce administration at a SaaS company. Proven experience as an SFDC Administrator with a focus on Service Cloud and other Customer Experience Platforms is required, along with a basic understanding of Sales Cloud functionalities. Experience with Customer Success software like Gainsight is a must, as are strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented, organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
The Salesforce Administrator will oversee the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management processes and automation. They will partner with internal teams to integrate Salesforce with systems like Gainsight, Front, and Snowflake, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to support customer success strategies. Responsibilities also include providing end-user support, managing escalations, governing user setup and permissions, communicating system changes, and proactively managing release updates and system health checks.
