Candidates must have at least 3 years of recent healthcare experience, including 1 year of Medicare experience and/or 1 year of HEDIS medical record abstraction experience. Additionally, 1 year of member/provider education experience targeting gaps in care and proven ability to meet productivity metrics are required. The ability to work independently and proficiency with standard corporate software are essential. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare is preferred.
The Analyst, Outreach Coordinator will facilitate meetings with providers and internal partners to address gaps in care and answer questions regarding the HEDIS process. They will serve as a subject matter expert on HEDIS measures, develop outreach work plans, and execute deliverables to improve healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities include supporting provider engagement, delivering quality information, seeking process improvements, and consulting on solutions for business issues, including educating providers on digital solutions and remote medical record collection.
