Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize fundraising opportunities to retain current supporters; support personalized and behavior-driven retention
  • Support the development of a robust pipeline of donors for cultivation by the mid-level and major donor teams
  • Analyze fundraising reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for donor retention, upgrade, and renewal campaigns
  • Support the execution and analysis of effective A/B tests for retention tactics, channel messaging, and incentives
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure timely delivery of materials and execution of campaigns across multiple initiatives
  • Assist in the creation of project briefs, presentations, and data visualizations
  • Assist in generating and maintaining internal-facing process and guideline documents
  • Build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and curiosity
