Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations, ideally at an early scale or as a founding Enablement team member. Executive presence and the ability to partner effectively with C-Suite and cross-functional leadership are essential. Proven experience driving multiple large-scale projects from concept to deployment, strong detail-orientation, organization, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment are required. A demonstrated background in data analysis, process optimization, and performance scaling is also necessary. Experience with RevOps and/or Finance teams, HubSpot, and rolling out company-wide sales methodologies are considered a plus.
The Head of Revenue Enablement will spearhead the development and execution of the global GTM Enablement strategy, working cross-functionally with senior leadership, Sales, Presales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. Responsibilities include establishing core programs in new hire onboarding, internal knowledge management, role-based training, coaching frameworks, and playbook development. They will collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership to refine messaging and targeting strategies, continuously enhance sales methodology, process standardization, and customer journey mapping. The role also involves partnering with leadership on market sizing, AE capacity planning, OKR alignment, territory/account strategy, defining core KPIs, building operational dashboards, generating performance insights, AE lifecycle tracking, and Board-level reporting.
