Lead the development and continuous improvement of the global GTM Enablement department, including strategy, direction, and governance

Establish department OKRs, metrics, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives and enablement programs
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives
Support the scaling of GTM efforts by developing scalable processes and leveraging technology
Serve as a thought leader and mentor, providing guidance and support to team managers and individual contributors
