Quince is seeking a Retention Marketing Manager to drive growth in email, SMS, and push notification channels. Our Team and Success

Responsibilities

  • Drive the campaign calendar, ideating on product positioning and continuously testing messaging to improve performance.
  • Align with the merchandising team to highlight key product launches and plan around stock levels.
  • Own merchandising and product curation in all campaign messaging, balancing catalog exposure with revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop compelling and beautifully designed messaging that adds customer value.
  • Own the creation and optimization of all campaigns, ensuring consistent design and on-brand copy that reflects product quality.
  • Set up and execute A/B tests across email, SMS, and push channels to achieve statistically significant improvements in CTR and Revenue.
  • Work with data science and engineering teams to create personalized messaging at scale using product recommendation algorithms.
  • Develop a library of best-in-class messaging templates through rigorous testing to enhance CTR, Rev per View, and Rev per Message.
  • Develop segmentation strategies and align the marketing calendar to deliver highly relevant messaging to each segment.

Requirements

  • Experience running email and SMS marketing programs, including triggers, blast campaigns, and transactional messaging.
  • Understanding of creative best practices for email design and copy.
  • Experience working with dynamic HTML email templates, with the ability to code basic HTML.
  • Understanding of how to architect statistically significant A/B tests.
  • Highly organized with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment through clear communication.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to identify anomalies or mistakes.
  • Analytical and data-driven with demonstrated ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and requests while maintaining excellent cross-organizational relationships.
  • Iterable and Looker experience preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of trends in fashion or home goods preferred.
