Requirements

The ideal candidate should have experience running email and SMS marketing programs across triggers, blast campaigns, and transactional messaging, along with understanding of creative best practices for email design and copy, experience working with dynamic HTML email templates, and an understanding of how to architect statistically significant A/B tests. They should also be highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain excellent relationships, and experience with Iterable and Looker is preferred. Deep knowledge of trends in fashion or home goods is also preferred.

Responsibilities

As Retention Marketing Manager, you will drive the campaign calendar by ideating on ways to position Quince products and continuously test messaging to improve performance, align with the merchandising team to highlight key product launches and plan around stock levels, own merchandising and product curation in all of our campaign messaging to balance catalogue exposure and revenue performance, work with the creative and brand teams to develop beautifully designed and compelling messaging, own the creation and optimization of all campaigns to ensure beautiful, consistent design and on-brand copy, set up a multitude of tests across email, SMS, and push to drive statistically significant improvements in CTR and Revenue, work with the data science and engineering teams to create personalized messaging for each customer at scale, create a library of best-in-class messaging templates, and develop segmentation strategy and align marketing calendar to reach each segment with highly relevant messaging.
