Requirements

Candidates should possess Digital Analytics experience, including expertise with platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and demonstrated knowledge of personalization strategies and experimentation frameworks. Proven ability to own and execute product roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder relationships to drive impactful outcomes is essential. Familiarity with CDPs and campaign tools is a bonus, as is experience in agile environments and cloud data platforms like AWS, GCP, or Snowflake. Knowledge of privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA is also beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will own the product roadmap for data activation and personalization, optimizing digital analytics tools to drive measurable customer experiences and collaborating cross-functionally with developers, data analysts, and other teams to translate business needs into impactful product solutions. They will also keep teams aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle, track performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve features to deliver ongoing value, engaging stakeholders and iterating on product development.
