Fullscript is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development, delivery, and optimization of Digital Analytics and Data Activation efforts. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and data, focusing on driving impactful customer experiences and overseeing MarTech platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven decisions and personalization, with expertise in Digital Analytics, Personalization Strategies, and Experimentation Frameworks.

Requirements

  • Digital Analytics Experience: Proficiency with platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics and leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Personalization Expertise: Experience with personalization engines and recommendation algorithms.
  • Product Roadmap Ownership: Proven ability to own and execute product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Seamless collaboration with development and data teams.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent ability to keep teams aligned and stakeholders informed.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Snowflake).
  • Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they apply to data products.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Product Roadmap: Define and manage the roadmap for data activation and personalization, aligning with business goals.
  • Optimize Digital Analytics: Lead the optimization of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to drive measurable customer experiences.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with developers, data analysts, and other teams to translate business needs into impactful product solutions.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Keep teams aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring smooth communication.
  • Iterate & Improve: Track performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve features to deliver ongoing value.
