Retail Store Managers earn between $66,100 - $99,100 in annual salary plus $24,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

This is an on-site retail store position requiring presence in the store, with the location in San Jose, CA. It involves overseeing daily store operations and working during busy times including evenings and weekends.
Successful candidates have excellent communication and leadership skills, three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry, prior management experience, well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems, and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
Strong candidates possess prior management experience, 3+ years in sales or customer service in telecom or related fields, excellent leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with AT&T systems and wireless trends. Experience meeting sales goals and coaching teams will set you apart.
